I was commissioned to make a garden sculpture using hand made SouthAfrican glass bottles. Using a scaffold pipe and steel bar a framework was created in the form of a bulging and undulating screen of smoke, from which hung the bottles which were encased in a twisting copper wrapping, a twisting plume of galvanised steel wire issued from the top of the pipe.
